Turning customer chaos into structured,
efficient operations.
I specialise in building CRM systems, managing support workflows, and creating seamless customer experiences, remotely, across time zones, using the tools that matter.
I configure and maintain CRM pipelines from scratch. Contacts, deals, tickets, and workflows. Clean, structured data you can actually trust.
Ticket triage, SLA tracking, escalation management, and clear customer communication. I keep support running smoothly under pressure.
I track what matters: resolution rates, SLA compliance, and campaign metrics. Actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
From segmented lists to landing pages and CTAs, I execute marketing campaigns end-to-end within CRM platforms.
Using Zapier and built-in CRM automations, I reduce manual work and create systems that scale without constant supervision.
I bridge Sales, Marketing, and Support by aligning workflows, sharing insights, and keeping every team on the same page.
Customer-obsessed. Detail-driven. Built for the complexity of modern remote operations.
I don't just manage tickets.
I architect the systems that
make support actually work.
My journey into CRM and customer operations started with a clear observation: most teams have the tools but not the structure. Data lives in silos. Tickets fall through cracks. Customers wait too long and leave frustrated.
I trained intensively through the Digital Witch Community, an immersive, hands-on technical programme that gave me real operational experience across support, sales, and marketing functions. Every workflow I built, every CRM I configured, every campaign I executed was real work with real metrics.
Today I bring that structured thinking to every role I step into, building pipelines that are clean, communication that is clear, and systems that keep running even when I'm not watching.
"I believe the best customer experience starts with the best internal operations."
I build systems that are designed to last: clean pipelines, accurate records, and documented workflows. Speed without structure creates debt, and I'd rather do it right the first time.
Metrics aren't just numbers to report. They're signals. I track SLA compliance, resolution rates, and campaign engagement to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to fix next.
Behind every ticket is a real person with a real problem. I approach every customer interaction with patience, clarity, and genuine care, because how you handle a complaint defines your brand.
Tools evolve. Platforms change. I make it a point to stay current, whether that's a new CRM feature, a smarter automation, or a better way to segment an email list. Adaptability is the skill behind all skills.
A few things that shape how I show up at work, and in life.
I've built my entire professional practice remotely. Across Zoom, Slack, and async tools. Distance doesn't affect my output.
I completed an intensive technical training programme in 2026, mastering multiple CRM platforms, automation tools, and support workflows.
I led an accountability group of 20 members through a technical training programme, facilitating sessions, tracking progress, and keeping everyone engaged.
I find it deeply satisfying to turn a messy, unstructured pipeline into something clean, logical, and actually useful for a whole team.
I'm actively looking for remote roles in Customer Support, CRM Operations, Email Marketing, or Appointment Setting. Let's talk.
Real projects. Measurable outcomes. Every role built with structure, care, and the tools that matter.
"Structure is not a constraint. It's what gives everyone on the team the freedom to move fast without breaking things."
I'm actively seeking remote roles in Customer Support, CRM Operations, Email Marketing, or Appointment Setting. Let's connect.
A structured breakdown of every tool, platform, and skill I bring to remote operations. Technical and human.
The core platforms I use to manage customer relationships, support queues, and sales pipelines. End to end.
How I keep tasks visible, deadlines met, and teams coordinated, across time zones and async environments.
Building lists, crafting campaigns, generating leads. The full outbound and nurture stack.
The async and sync tools I use to stay coordinated, responsive, and professional across every channel.
The qualities that define how I show up, for teammates, customers, and complex problems.
The tools and topics I'm actively developing or exploring next.
My case studies show exactly how I've applied these tools and capabilities in real project environments.
Five real project walkthroughs. The problem, my process, the tools I used, and the numbers that came out the other side.
The organisation had no structured CRM in place. Contact records were scattered, deals had no defined stages, and no pipeline existed for support, sales, or marketing. I was responsible for configuring fully functional CRM environments across HubSpot and Pipedrive, covering all three business functions end-to-end.
I executed a full inbound marketing campaign titled "Lead Generation" in HubSpot, building audience segments, crafting email content, creating a landing page, synchronising a Facebook social post, and analysing performance across every channel. The campaign ran from March 20 to April 19, 2026 and tracked all assets in one centralised view.
Starting with a completely empty CRM, I built a full sales pipeline in Pipedrive from scratch, creating 6 contacts, 3 companies, and 6 deals covering computer equipment sales and IT services. The goal was to manage the end-to-end pipeline management: data enrichment, follow-up scheduling, and converting prospects to revenue.
I managed the complete support lifecycle for three distinct customer issues, including an HP Pavilion 15 hardware fault, a Logitech MK270 connectivity issue, and a Samsung Odyssey G3 consultation, from ticket creation through triage, communication, and resolution. Every stage was documented in HubSpot and tracked against SLA targets using Asana for project coordination.
A 20+ member remote accountability group had no structured system for sessions, support, or knowledge sharing. Members kept asking the same questions, sessions went unarchived, and bookings were handled manually. As Team Lead, I built the full operational layer from scratch: a Calendly booking system with automated logging, two live Zapier workflows, a 13-video HubSpot tutorial library, and a structured Google Drive archive of 16+ recorded sessions , resulting in a 40% drop in repetitive support requests and an 80% group participation rate.
"Every project starts with the same question: what does this team actually need, and what's the cleanest path to making it work?"
I'm actively looking for remote roles where I can bring this same level of structure, care, and execution to your team.
